孟春雷,研究员。现任中交国通智能交通系统技术有限公司董事长兼总经理。 一直从事智能交通设计、研究、市场工作,在交通信息服务、公路应急处置、超限治理、综合通信、节能减排、车路协同等领域均获得了开拓性的科技成果,主持了百余项包括杭州湾、润扬大桥等国家重点工程设计、多项标准规范、重大行业攻关项目,承担了包括国家和省部级在内的各类科研项目、标准规范制修订项目50余项。负责的交通信息服务研究项目,直接推动了中国交通广播建设,填补了行业空白;主持研究的路网运营协调、跨行业信息服务等多项关键技术,支撑交通部新一代交通控制网和智慧公路试点工程建设;主编了《公路工程节能规范》、《交通运输信息安全规范》、《交通数据广播通信技术要求》、《智能运输系统供配电系统节能技术要求》、《智能运输系统长距离单相供配电系统技术要求》等;主持开发的分布式智慧供电产品、隧道应急广播、智能路侧设施等系列智能硬件产品,达到国际先进水平,并得到广泛应用。 其多次在政府间国际交流、PIARC年会、WTC大会等高层次会议作学术报告。在核心期刊及国际国内会议发表论文报告30多篇,拥有多项专利,获得多次中国公路学会、省部级科技进步一、二、三等奖等多项荣誉。 Chunlei Meng, researcher.
