Roberto Luzi Crivellini 是一名意大利执业律师，尤其致力于国际贸易、合资企业和经销协议、司法诉讼和国际仲裁等方面。特别在中国、西班牙市场以及美洲的西班牙语市场中有丰富的执业经验。 他毕业于意大利博洛尼亚大学法律系，之后获得都灵欧洲研究大学硕士学位。 1999年加入意大利维罗纳律师协会。现为迈格国际律师事务所（ Macchi di Cellere Gangemi）合伙人及其中国-欧洲部负责人。 他是legalmondo.com的创始人、北京国际技术转移协作网络（ITTN）成员以及国际律师协会(IBA)成员。曾代表意大利成为国际青年律师协会委员会(AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers)成员,并担任经销委员会主席。 曾出版并在主流刊物中发表关于国际分销及国际私法的出版物及文章。是《Doing Business abroad》和《 Doing Business in China》等书的联合作者，也是专业人士和企业家专业研讨会中国际合同主题的发言人。 他精通意大利语、英语和西班牙语 English：Roberto Luzi Crivellini is an Italian lawyer specialized in international trade law, joint ventures and distribution agreements, as well as in litigation and international arbitration. He has gained significant experience in the Chinese market and in Spanish-speaking countries. He graduated in law in Bologna, and he holds a post-graduate degree at the University Institute of European Studies. Roberto is admitted to the Verona Bar Association since 1999 and is Partner of Macchi di Cellere Gangemi Law Firm since 2015. He is the co-founder of Legalmondo and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Beijing International technology Transfer Network (ITTN); Roberto has also held the post of national representative for Italy of the International Young Lawyers (AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers) where he was also president of Distribution commission. Roberto is author of several articles and publications mainly concerning international distribution and international private law. He is also co-author of the book “Doing Business abroad” and “Doing Business in China”, and a regular speaker on the subject of international contracts and China investments. Roberto is native Italian speaker, and speaks fluently English and Spanish.
